🎯 Job Role – AI Model Engineer

This role focuses on building non-LLM, classical machine learning models such as:

• Prediction systems

• Anomaly detection models

• Trend analysis solutions

You will work alongside LLM engineers to deliver quantifiable and explainable AI models for real-world platforms.

🧑‍💻 Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and validate ML models:

  • Regression

  • Clustering

  • Forecasting

• Develop feature extraction pipelines from:

  • Structured data

  • Unstructured data

• Collaborate with Data Engineers for dataset preparation

• Document:

  • Models

  • Datasets

  • Assumptions (using Confluence)

• Support integration of ML outputs into platform services

🛠 Skills Required

• Proficiency in Python

• Strong knowledge of scikit-learn

• Understanding of statistical modeling

• Knowledge of ML evaluation metrics:

  • ROC

  • F1 Score

  • RMSE

• Exposure to MLflow or similar model management tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any relevant discipline)

• 0 to 2 years of experience

• Strong quantitative aptitude
